Domestic Shipping Policy-
As part of our launch celebration, we’re offering free shipping on all domestic orders.
- Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of purchase.
- In the rare event that your order is cancelled, lost, or undeliverable, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
(Note: COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.)
International Shipping Policy-
- International orders are delivered within 8–10 working days from the date of purchase.
- Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3–4 days and delivered within the same 8–10 day window.
- Please note: International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges-
- We do not accept returns.
- Exchanges are only applicable in cases of:
- Incorrect size
- Defective or damaged items
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
