Payment must be made via the methods we specify at checkout. Until full payment is received, ownership of the goods remains with us.
4. Delivery / Shipping
We endeavour to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only.
Once a product leaves our premises, delays may occur for reasons outside of our control (customs, postal or courier delays, etc.). We shall not be liable for such delays beyond those times.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Our Return & Exchange Policy governs returns, exchanges, refunds. Please review it before making a purchase.
Returned goods must be in original condition (unused, with labels/tags intact) unless otherwise agreed.
